Di, these days I seem to be reading less and lees fiction though a recent exception is Victoria Glendinning's 'Electricity', a story about an adventurous young woman set in London in the 1880s. Some of the non fiction I've been reading includes a history of food ('Moveable Feasts'), a walk along the Israel Wall/Barrier ('Extreme Rambling'), a story of japanese pioneers in Australia ('Number 2 Home') and an examination of the period 1520 to 1536, both a time of struggle within Christendom (politically and theologically) and between Islam and Christianity ('Defenders of the Faith').
With sunny thoughts,
Del.
